My dad is Cajun and this book was a staple every Christmas in our Texan home. I learned from an early age the only Gumbo you should eat is homemade.

My mom is cajun but moved before I was born. This was always my favorite story she would read me. Merci beaucoup for preserving this story on the internet forever.

Thank you, Dominique. It's my pleasure. I'm glad to be able to bring you something that reminds you of your dad. It's an honor. It truly touches my heart.
