Where do you guys get your prices because this is not worth £17000. I've bought a 3 bedroom static on a country park in the UK for 19000 with £3600 site fees.

Hi Sheila, You can't really compare the prices in the UK to the prices in Benidorm, it is a totally different market. However, the site fees are very similar to the UK , €4,484 a year is £3,785. For this you get an indoor and out door swimming pool, library, bar and 24 hour reception/security. You are within walking distance to the beach and shops. The static caravans in Benidorm start from around £50,000. If you bought inland, you would find the prices alot cheaper

@@Benidormcaravansalesyeah but this is a caravan and awning and I live in a country park on a lake with a clubhouse, restaurant, water sports and ice cream parlour and close to transport links and 24 hour security

Hi Sheila, that sounds lovely. The prices are a lot higher in Benidorm than the UK due to the demand being higher (I don't set the prices)

@@Benidormcaravansales I understand the ground rent prices for the facilities offered but the price for the actual accommodation seems high. I’m not trying to be awkward I’m contemplating buying on a park in Benidorm myself for a holiday home but you don’t seem to get much. Do they do actual plots where you can bring your own caravan?
