I can’t even begin to tell you how much I APPRECIATE the entire Tern team and everything you do. I have to say, the FORMS being connected with the sub-trip is amazing-woo hoo! Also, I’d love a peek inside Molly’s Excel brain-it’s incredible and definitely gets me excited...LOL. As a travel agent who enjoys creating à la carte itineraries packed with fun details, I focus on finding ways to make everything flow seamlessly. I love helping clients avoid unnecessary backtracking and instead create itineraries that are efficient, exciting, and stress-free. And as I’ve been listening, the timing couldn’t be better-I just received a message about another group trip for next year. Perfect timing! Have so much fun with the chocolate turkeys and private showing of Wicked (I need new friends). Not sure if running a marathon is fun, but I hope it goes as well as you...you can totally get the 90 minutes and Wicked. I know it is a hardship to be in Hawaii with your family, but I'm sure you will have an amazing time. Happy Thanksgiving!

I’m especially excited about the trip inquiry forms (and hopefully all forms one day - and i hope for Individual trips and not just groups! 🤓) automatically attaching to the trip versus going through email to find them or going to the forms library and responses. Currently, I go to emails and link the response to the trip which works but can’t wait for this update as it’s less manual work which i know is the beat that Terns you up! +++

What is the purpose of trip funds an option instead of the money just being transferred to your account from the group booking?

I am processing groups but having to use multiple platforms which is very frustrating. Dynamic pricing is a must. The payments needs to automatically adjust based upon when they book. I only now have that with Youli. Traveljoy has it but I don't use that system.

Welcome to Tern...Tern is the best thing to happen to me in moving my business forward. It just made things make sense and made my time work for me, especially since I was so new to all of this and just getting my workflow figured out. Groups is going to be massive. We're at just over 210 folks in our current Group. Still managing well with the current Tern, but can't wait until we have a full Groups function. Getting Folders into the Trips Organization Structure will be amazing too.
