Sooo over priced. This home is in a flood zone your house is going to be under water when it rains.. Yoi will have to sign a contract saying you know that you house is a in a flood zone and maybe underwater up to 10ft. Your neighbors will be Nazis and it smells like shit all the time.

Designer did an excellent work with this home. Landscaping in the back is natural and needed. More trees on the perimeter makes a better property. Shade barrier in the summer and look at these summer temperatures. Very beautiful home. The builder will do well to build more homes like this one.
