I alwways dip in a tall glass, but how do you NOT get a flat side when yo lay them on the parchment paper? Also please give more details on the drizzling part - yours are so even - mine come out clumpy!
@ShopCountryKitchen19 күн бұрын
If you shake off as much excess chocolate as possible, it will help to reduce the "flat side" when setting the chocolate covered pretzel rod on parchment paper. If your chocolate is coming out clumpy, try adding paramount crystals to the chocolate. We recommend adding 1-2TBSP per 1# of chocolate. This will thin out the chocolate to the perfect consistency for dipping & drizzling!

Too cute!! But what is cake cloth..?
@ShopCountryKitchen21 күн бұрын
Cake cloth is a material we sell that is used to help smooth out buttercream! I will link it for you below. It only works on a crusting buttercream. Please let us know if you have any other questions :) www.countrykitchensa.com/shop/icing-fondant-tools/cake-cloth/38/529/2234/655608/

can you mix the white chocolate with oil or butter to add the volume of the chocolate? just to cheaper the cost
@ShopCountryKitchen21 күн бұрын
Oil and butter are both either soft or liquid at room temperature. We do not recommend adding either of these. If you do not want to use paramount crystals, the next best sub is coconut oil as it is solid at room temp.

If making a week ahead of time, should they be stored in the refrigerator or at room temperature?
@ShopCountryKitchen21 күн бұрын
They will be perfect at room temperature- just make sure they are sealed & kept out of the sun!
You made this look so easy. Will definitely attempt it. Thank you!

I made a batch. Put it in a gummy bear mold, then unmolded it and tossed it in icing sugar. ( powdered sugar). I put it in a ziplock bag. A week later, it is one giant mass. I live in a humid climate. I think I needed to boil it slightly longer too. I’ll try that next time to see if it helps. 😊

You need to use something that evaporates quickly- water would not work. You could try using the Color Solution, but not entirely sure it would work! www.countrykitchensa.com/shop/ingredients-icing-colors-flavors/the-color-solution/46/593/1118/659625/

Hello, I'm wondering why you put them in the freezer still warm? Doesn't that soften the cookie?

It seals in the moisture so the cookies do not get dry!
