It's really a shame the railway shut down. I had always wanted to visit the line before closing down. Sadly I never got the chance. Tho in recent months I have visited the line where in areas track still lies there. Tho I never visited it looked great during its running life and events looked very good. Tho it's abandoned now I can tell it brought some great memories

Thanks for the kind words... yes we will compile a stock list before to long.... we have plans for a resident steam loco but can't say much at the moment... also passenger coaches... if everything goes to plan this year it will be quite something...

Interesting from an historical, as well as geological angle, not to mention the railway.

What we are seeing here is, if you like, the next Welsh Highland Railway. The size of the project and the fact that some are labelling it impossible. Good luck to you.
