It's really a shame the railway shut down. I had always wanted to visit the line before closing down. Sadly I never got the chance. Tho in recent months I have visited the line where in areas track still lies there. Tho I never visited it looked great during its running life and events looked very good. Tho it's abandoned now I can tell it brought some great memories

Shame that the narrator can't pronounce Penrhyn property- he's emphasising the 'rhyn' rather than the 'Pen'.

Beautiful Welsh accent when he spoke English. This accent is getting ever scarcer- being supplanted by a quasi Scouse/Mancunian.

Wales put more roof area and gave a better product than any other part of the uk ,I can only assume that this dreadfull comment came from some unfortunate Englisman who did'nt have the benefit of a sound Welsh slate roof and therefore suffered

Thanks for the kind words... yes we will compile a stock list before to long.... we have plans for a resident steam loco but can't say much at the moment... also passenger coaches... if everything goes to plan this year it will be quite something...

Great to see this famous railway being restored. Will a stock list of everything running or located there be released at some point in the future? Likewise, any plans for a resident steam engine/more passenger coaches?

Interesting from an historical, as well as geological angle, not to mention the railway.
