They're wearing suits for the Quantum Relm. Not sure how the MCU will portray it but in the comics there are pockets of time/alternate realities that can be accessed when going sub-atomic. It's probably gonna be how Ant-Man escapes and will be a big part of the film, since the leaked photos showed WW2, the 70's, battle of New York in 2012 and Aaron Taylor Johnson was apparently spotted filming scenes for Quicksilver.

Did you see the after credit scene of infinity war because you mentioned that you left the theater. The after credit showed that maria hill and nick fury also vanished but before he did he sent an alert message to none other than Captain Marvel which could possibly give a hint to how Scott got out of the Quantum Realm!!! But also a question is how did whoever release him know where to look unless they had a communicator gps on whereabouts of readings of some kind!!

Now, Tony Stark is in the Guardians of the Galaxy spacecraft ... And Adam is looking for the Guardians who fled with their spacecraft (Benatar)! I'm pretty sure Pepper Potts saves Tony. In the comics when she puts on her suit her name is Rescue. Tonys message to the aforementioned Potts specifically sats "rescue", not save, escape, but rescue. We shall see

Here some possible answers to your question how Scott/Ant-Man get out of the Vortex/Realm: 1# He use the same way as he did at the end of the first Ant-Man movie (he put his "enlarge tool" into his suit). 2# At the end of Ant-Man and the Wasp as he stucked in the vortex his mic was still working ... so he can tell someone or......3# something (his little Antfriends) to push the enlarge button. .... We will see what is correct in April. Until then go on with your channel. :)
