I find this story a little hard to believe. The police would never lay in wait to bust these girls. They would do the right thing like calling a cab, Uber, or having them to call a friend or relative for a ride. Besides that, the man would have to be beyond mean to possibly ruin a girls life over losing a mere parking space. A normal person would simply get angry and find another space or tell the girls off to make himself feel better. I smell BS.
