Now THIS is an authentic California house ! A modest home with everything you need, even a pool and spa, big enough to get wet in. Nothing huge and vulgar, everything done with warmth and charm. Wait here while I go find $2 Million ...

So agree! These new mega mansions are about as homey as an airport lobby! This is another Pasadena/SoPas/SanMarino gem of residential architecture.
