Out of a population of 10 million I think in an entire year if only 10 women are killed by their spouses that’s really not a problem at all… that’s one for every million people… like that’s nothing, more people in Greece die from car accidents in 1 hour than number of women that die from their spouse that ENTIRE YEAR. Let’s talk about real problems that matter and are actually prevelant, like male suicide rates (an average of 44 male suicides per year, 4x the number of women killed by spouses). Don’t get me wrong I feel sorry for thoes 10 women and what they went through is horrible but you don’t call something a crisis if it only affects 1 in 50,000 people. Trying to completely eradicate this will be impossible (as much as I would to love to see it gone). Instead let’s focus on the problems that we can affect, like drug addiction and homelessness which are epidemic
