Spraying your locs with conditioner will leave you with a ridiculous amount of build up over time. This makes absolutely zero sense whatsoever. You can just use water. You don't wash your hair often enough for this. Your scalp is itching because it's dirty and loaded with oils, leaving conditioner and of course sebum. That itching is coming from seborrheic dermatitis which your feeding with that oil. Learn about your scalp health. This is just awful advice.
