Honey, that black and brown rule is about belt and shoes. You don't wear a black belt and brown shoes. It's about leather. And it's mostly geared towards men wearing suits

No it’s always been said about all fabrics too, it’s similar to not wearing black and navy together. It’s been said they’re too close on the colour wheel that they don’t work together but I disagree and think they look lovely!

For me silver is all about spring and summer and gold is all about the colder months. But I do wear them depending on my mood or outfit.

It’s something that’s always been told because they’re colours that are supposed to be ‘too close’ together to work. Similar to black and navy - however I think they look great together!

@@PetiteElliee oh I think they look cute and at least this time around they are coming in different lengths which gives more options. I just know it’s one of those items that can date a look. We can laugh about it together. On another note, if we aren’t doing skinny jeans, can someone please bring back flares? They are so fun! I know Sezane is doing a lot of wide leg jeans and trousers. Maybe flares are on the way?

Loved the pieces, I don’t remember seeing the cable knit cardigan. I would pick that in ecru for myself. To me Betty cardigan seems to be the piece that I would pass to my daughter because the way they hold their shape and quality. They also don’t have to be washed very often with proper use because of the breathability so I expect decades of wear! I clicked like because I enjoyed the video and to boost engagement and mean no hate, just wanted to mention that the same amount of info could have been put in a third of the time as I found myself skipping forward a lot! Love the excitement though!
