Rather clever to put this in the game Social Democracy considering "Frühlingslied" means "Spring Song," which conveys a sense of optimism in pre-1929 Weimar Germany and your goal in the game to preserve this in the face of the Nazis. It's also clever considering Mendelssohn's music was banned by the Nazis once they came to power in 1933 due to him being Jewish.

There's just so much feeling in this version. You can tell that they fought hard against the medium's limitations. Imagine listening to it a hundred years ago!
