To me, there's no greater joy than - letting the mind do as it wishes, but walk out of that show. No one force us to watch the TV show... we can watch the TV box and instantly realize that the show is not part of life. Practically, As I seat to drink coffee, or walk outside, or anytime that I can - I start from allowing myself not to aim for anything. The start is "there"

@ObservingBeauty I try doing that but have some directions. For example I have a time block in a day for work and study in that I let myself enjoy working or any tasks I got to do. In evening I have time for family and to roam around, so I just try to immerse myself in those activities

I love your videos. It is something I was searching on the internet for a while and first found it in your website. I have not found such work and understanding in the internet often. Sure I have spent a lot of time listening to Jiddu Krisnamurti who helped me a lot in my journey. I come from a technical background and work and an engineer in the field of AI, coincidently. And I have been dancing from last 10 years regularly, coz i really like music and movement. Someday I would like to talk to you n :) For now, I am thankful for sharing your work. This also encourages me to open up more and share my work which I often hesitate because it is very abstract and not suitable for today's content stereotype.

A sense of Security is inculcated in us since we are born. We are told that you will be secure if you will have so much of money, such a position, with so and so relationship , etc, etc. These are just like myths which bring a sense of permanence within us. And permanence is definitely not there. When both drop, or in fact, when one drops, the other automatically drops and what is left is love.

Maybe one has to be reasonably free of distractions and committed to truth about what life is, and willingness to accept what one sees when the truth is revealed, for this to make any sense. I have experienced the joy of self emptiness, and it has amazed and shocked me.
