Very nice labels. How do you divide cards with different conditions? Do you put light play and near mint in the same box?

I don’t divide the grades because my wife and I know the grades just by looking at them. I used to use a penny wrapper and mark them as NM, LP, MP, HP, DG

@TheGrimKeeper I just add all the conditions in together. I’ve used penny sleeves to mark conditions before but honestly I can spot those so easily it’s not worth the time anymore to sort those out. I penny wrap foils still

That’s a great question, I don’t sell anywhere but TCGplayer at the moment. Eventually I plan to open up in other markets. It’s difficult to upload 100,000s of cards on different sites. So I just keep it simple for the time being as I get this store up to 2,500,000 Magic singles.

Great question, I use the little square boxes from fat packs/bundles or a foam brick from packing materials.

Massprice is amazing. You can set automatic scheduling to update your prices. You can set them to market, low, high, custom. So it's basically doing what your doing now but you can make it auto do it every morning and every night etc. You can have up to 15 schedules.

Awesome! Thank for the replies! With my business we do a lot of different things in the TCG world, TCGP being just one revenue stream, so I love picking peoples minds on different aspects of the business - so ty for sharing, it's inspiring! I think the process where it comes to what step each thing falls into place for you was: -Run assorted bulk lots through sorter for Set -Manually A-Z set -Run sorted set/a-z back through set to sort Aa Ab Ac etc -Manually count/grade -Upload w/ quicklist -Add new listed inventory to live inventory bins. With around 100k cards myself, this can be a particularly time consuming part - any tips on this stage? thank you! #roadto1mil

You nailed the process exactly! The process to upload could be faster if two people were counting. Or one person counts as one scans. My process is limited to one person but if an LGS had a crew of 2 or more doing this exact process I’d think getting to 300,000 listed monthly would be attainable. That’s only 50,000 each. Assuming 6 folks were doing the work.

Thank you for the support. Believe it or not it’s Quicklist. But you need to get cards organized alphabetically by set first so that Quicklist is more efficient and accurate

Hey Bobby lovin the channel! Got a question, I’m a small seller on TCG posting bulk for now. Im wonder how do you fill bigger orders of low value cards? It always seems like a loss, thanks in advance!

Because we are providing a service I set my shipping to $3.49. This covers orders that require tracked shipping and orders that can be stamped. Some orders are 1-40 cards, others are 50-100, then there orders of 500. The shipping costs are averaged out in the long run. Also this covers the fee TCGplayer takes for their cut.
