Generally, in this part of Scotland, the Fiat Twincam engine is becoming very hard to find. As are any of the cars which came with the engine. Although a friend's dad has two engines in his garage, both two litres.

I really like the 131's. I think that those, the 124 Coupes, and the covered headlight 850 Spiders (had one with a PBS reverse rotation 1438) are my favorite Fiats.

Very nice. I noted the cam driven distributor. I have a slideshow of a 131 Racing being rebuilt on my KZbin channel. My 131 had a cam driven distributor which wasn't standard here in the UK, but mine was fitted to allow a straight inlet manifold for the twin 40DCOE Webbers.

The transmission is a 5 speed Fiat 124 Spider / Coupe transmission - I think the one shown is from a '74 Coupe.

What gearbox is your engine mated to? I'm offered a lada project with a spare fiat ritmo 125tc engine...
