No it's not official. This is Create Your Own Pizza, a mod for Pizza Tower. The fakers being called Pappino was just a bit of placeholder text I forgot to remove.

It's kinda hard to explain, but the stretched blocks just give the player more room, and it gives me more opportunity to set up interesting obstacles and better the level design. Hope that makes sense.
