What you gotta do is pop the end cap should be a circle cut out with a spot for an Allen key on the other side. Should be a circle cutout across from the threaded bolt you can pop easily open with a knife. Now under that cap you’ll see that bolt and a slot for an alllen key on the other side. now take Allen key put it in on one side and wrench the other normal side to loosen. May be hard at first. Watch out for your loose bearings only remove the threaded bolt with pedal up. Or get sealed bearing pedals like trail pedals. Now after you have that Allen key Take the bolt off and grab your normal threaded pedal side of the bolt, under it between the plastic pedal apply one or two washers to each pedal threads between the black wrench spot and the crank arm. Slide em right on:. (I do 3 on my plastic trail pedals for 2 piece crank) There’s a small chance You may never be able to get them off but if you grease them generous you should be okay. Now crank em on tight as you can. You’re welcome.

Cult sent me a free pair of grips today with a hat I ordered as well as some very nice Allen key tightened end caps for my bars. Shoutout to them cause these are hands down the nicest gripset I ever had. I mean when they say grip they ain’t joking. It was hard to get them out of the plastic bag type grip
