almost all of the exercises here are shit except for dip, dumbbell bench press and lever chest press the rest are shit and there are better alternatives

Nice video keep it up you should try to have the motions instead of it looking like it’s flying it may seem slow but some people learn better form when seeing full motion

Wtf, there's only 1 exercise that's explosif. The rest from the exercise wil get you limited after 2 months because it's to difecult too progressive overload. Other exercises are too "fancy", just do normal.
