John could've easily won every round if he'd stuck to his toproll. Instead he tried to hook Arsen's toproll, totally ridiculous. But hey, it’s John being John. Plus, all those false starts?

Do you see the struggle Levan had when he used his press in round 1 ?? If they wouldn't stop the match there, he would bleed out. Devons Kingsmove stopped Levans press, and if the match wouldn't be stopped, what would've happened from there? Levan would have no way to go, the smartest move would be to pin himself. If he stays in the press, then Devon will let him bleed out. Levan is stronger and he deserves this win, but the match could have went a totally different direction if the kingsmove would be allowed the way Devon used it. And it should be.

@catraaa5261 Ай бұрын
@@chromeewoods5080 Yea but you can't deny that was a dirty kings move... definitely illegal. I agree though, Levan was struggling. I can't say whether it would've made a difference or not though :/
@jokelot5221

@@chromeewoods5080 It looked like Levan was pretty much testing Devon to measure him up, then realized he can go his normal route in the next 3 rounds, and pressed Devon without losing much energy. Of course Levan would foul out or quit fast if he noticed that there was not way to win that round, he isnt stupid to gass himself out. He knew Devon wasnt strong enough to pose a threat on the offense, so he could go all out later. Its simply a big difference in weight and power. To much. Ermes though, is much more dangerous for Levan than Devon, simply a stronger human being and can match Levan in the strength department. This is why i think that prime Denis would be a very tough out for Levan, even though i think Levan would still win due to Denis giving away to much wrist and having a bad hand position. But we will never know. Devon did a great job in super heavyweight division, Levan was simply to much.

Levan BENDS his wrist back and forces Devon into desperation move into a fault into losing the round...🤷‍♂️ If Levan was going sideways from the start that wrist was NEVER bending back and it wasn't changing nothing...😅 Still 4 - 0 for the Georgian

The first match Levan gave in to make the match more interesting. Even he gave his wrist he still wrecked Devon. If he went in full anger like first match last year, Devon bicep will tear again. You can see Levan is in total control

@Constine77

true, I think if devon would've also focused on his chest and shoulders more in strength then his ability to hold against side pressure would be a lot better. Probably wouldn't win against Levan, but he could do it even now in the heavyweight classes and potentially become even better.
