Yes. It gives you more freedom and negotiation power. You not their puppet anymore and can choose other opportunities.

I remember Belgian news covering Sjokz and Krepo in the super early days in Cologne. She’s been one of the evergreen legends and foundational professionals of esports broadcasting. She’s a real inspiration!

We are all lucky to have had Sjoks be in our lives as well as our dad Quickshot who sadly was released. I think its sad that co-streaming has taken a lot of what the LEC was about and yeah I too watch Caedrel stream because he's way more intelligent and honest at home than on caster desk. the best part is we still get to watch Sjoks and Dagda and everybody else on his stream but I do fear the day we lose our LEC itself. remember the days they made epic productions and content and cringed us so hard. just felt like friends to us viewers. Whatever happens in the future I hope our Quickshot and Sjoks keep following their dreams. the faces and voices of happiness.

When she was talking about the co-streaming stuff I really ask myself why Riot is going that route. I know it's just LPL for NOW but this could happen in any region. I just don't see why co-streaming is more entertaining than a classic host and a team of analysts. I like the whole "live show" vibe. Watching a stream on Twitch of some random streamer (even if it's Caedrel) is just not the same vibe. It's a far inferior vibe. With no offence to Caedrel and other Co-Streamers. I watch his content too, because he's fun. But if I watch LEC, LPL or whatever region, I want that elevated live show feeling. It's been great in the past, so I don't get why they wanna change it. "To be closer to the community" is complete nonsense to me. Riot really needs to be careful on what they change. Change is necessary at times but I don't want this to mean that ppl like Sjokz and everyone else stop doing what they are doing. It would be disrespectful towards them, and towards the fans.
