The mobs are neutral to Phys and Ice which is why 24% RES pen translates to a relative ~30% increase. 1.04 (-4% RES) / 0.8 (20% RES) = 1.3 Against type weak mobs you'll get the 24% increase it says on the label, assuming no other sources of RES Pen (which is likely to be the case and why it's such a strong eidolon)

I don't even know why I'm amazed, its literally say that it gave 24% damage pen. Ofc it will give around 24%-ish damage increase. Well maybe I thought damage pen is not that great, but turn out its literally almost the same as increasing damage by 25%.

So if I have E0S1 Acheron with E6 Pela and E1 Silver Wolf. Don’t have Aglea but I do have S1 Sunday and HuoHuo should I just pull for Aglea or Jiaoqiu OR should I go for Robin’s E1 or S1? I’m not really sure what would help my account the most currently, but Acheron’s team is a little slow at building slashed dreams stacks even with a trend preservation.
