Besides your guys personal feelings for a movie ending, which is a trend I'm seeing amongst those who were supporting Ngannou, I'm lost as to why people had such faith that in his second pro fight he would beat an equally powerful former world champion and olympic gold medallist? Was this about the way lighter and darker skinned men are viewed or what? Coz I am so confused what AJ didn't have that people thought Ngannou had because at best they were equally matched in terms of strength

I openly admit I had a bias towards Ngannou due to being an avid MMA fan. I also do love a good underdog story. However to say that Ngannou didn’t have a chance is insane, it’s heavyweight boxing and it doesn’t take much, it’s not always the most technical boxer that wins fights at heavyweight, Deontay Wilder proved this on numerous occasions throughout his career and you could argue that Ngannou does some things better than Wilder.

I feel that the Fury fight gave Ngannou an undeserved mystique. I don't think Fury trained for that .... in any useful way. Fail to prepare, prepare to fail. I will admit to being caught up in the moment too. Ngannou is a hell of a fighter, but not much of a boxer. In other news, I think AJ would destroy Fury in his current form.

Thanks for the upload. I was there that night and my god there would have been a riot if Leon lost. Usman came out getting booed but had the heart of a lion. I’m sad my countrymen booed such an amazing fighter but thanks to him for coming to the uk and being a good sport. Both warriors, hope he comes back
