To challenge his fingers with a spinning or rolling handle you can manipulate the handles difficulty simply by taking his thumb out of the grip and thus make his hands surface area on the handle itself making the lift more difficult and weight more challenging.

Okay man....i train arm wrestling but come on man, that's not even a partial curl that's a partial partial curl💀. I recommend that you use lower weights and make sure that your forearms are parallel to the floor so it's very affective for arm wrestling and in a real match
