can someone explain how this is supposed to help you improve? After not being able to make a single kill and dying 263 times (yes I kept track), I give up on it. BR is sooo much easier!

BR will be easier/harder based on your matchmaking. If there are a lot of bots in your lobbies then it will be 100% easy as you'll only get matched with players whose skill level is bots, new players, highly casual players, etc. However in creative you are always fighting real players where most are comfortable fighting. If you play ranked and you want to actually improve competively then creative FFA/TDM maps are the way to go (besides aim training and realistics). For me BR is harder than any creative map because I get matched with skilled players who know what they're doing. You can win with better positioning in ZB but if you want to win consistently and have an edge over other players then being great a fighting helps a ton.

@@CullieCandle I honestly never realized some of the players in BR were bots until I recently started watching some streams. Since turning ranked on last week, I definitely die more often so get matchmaking a bit more. I'm not the best player and right now, just happy to reach top 10 :) At least I don't die before hitting top 50 like I did when I started so some progress lol.

It will help you get better but you have to train in the training grounds first then play this at least twice everyday In br you get bots but in this only real good players so once you start getting kills then you know you’re improving

You have to switch to your weapon or pickaxe right after you use the glider gun. Very near the same time and far before it sticks to something. I switch to my shotgun usually. You can see in the video. It's quick. My pointer finger is already on the button to switch as soon as I fire the glider gun.

You have to immediately switch to your weapon or pickaxe as soon as you use it. Way before it latches onto something.

It's complicated as I use the Sony Dualsense Edge controller with its own settings specific to Fortnite as well as the settings in the actual game. - Look 55% vertical & horizontal - ADS 10% vertical & horizontal - Input curve: linear I stay between Look 50-65%.

@@Bouchiii12345Switch to your weapon before the grappler attaches onto something and pulls you to it. That is why I have it right next to my shotgun. I use the grappler and immediately switch to my shotgun before I take off.
