Nice food haul and yes, a little too slow but you'll get more comfortable with time. Any new job is difficult at first. Im sure this really helped with your food expenses.

Cleveland has wonderful food pantries. I live within 2 miles of probably 15 pantries. Heinen's is a very pricey grocery store. But man is there food good.

Yes, I love Heinens premade food, and they are expensive. I used to spend $100 a week on their spaghetti because it was so good to me. Thank you for watching.

I have a food pantry that delivers to our complex. That delivers nothing but meat and frozen fruit. Last time it was 4 turkey sausage, pork chops, 3 frozen chicken sandwiches, two 8 ounce cheddar cheese and a bag of frozen strawberries.

Wow you got some more great goodies! I love when the food banks include fresh produce and meat. Not all of them do in my area here in Mississippi. Hello, Some food pantries do require us to bring our own bags. There are two that give us reusable bags every time we go, so I have a lot of reusable bags.

You have KZbin to search for recipes for the beans. Lentils have great nutrition and delicious and filling. I didn't know how to cook them either. I searched KZbin fir recipes.

You can use ot in, chili, spaghetti,Manwich and eat it like hamburger if you like the taste.For burgers, I perfer mixing it with real hamburger.Deer burger doesn't have alot of fat .

Nice Haul. lentil or split peas are good when cooked with smoke turkey, carrots and onions. I get my recipes from KZbin. Once cooked they can be frozen for quick meals. Thanks for sharing.
