I walked away from a house on Jefferson and 34th because the seller wouldn't fix anything after the inspection. That was a huge blessing! The house was sold a few months later and is STILL sitting vacant. I bet the repairs are too costly.

One thing that really stinks is no central database for flood clams with private companies. This can sometimes put homeowners in a rough situation when I go to file claim and discovered there's been five claims on it before now all of a sudden they've been put on the severe repetitive lost property list with FEMA, a huge impact on property value. This happened to Customer and Savannah not that long ago.
