Because he is using a neck weight of 4Kg aprox. It allows him to keep neutral buoyancy and glide.

HH was build in Netherlands , and launched on 1951. In 1975 it sank on Dominican Republic, after was refloated. The boat change names a lot: Midsland, Mistral, William Express, Anna C. Etc. …. Finally Hilma Hooker. In 1984 the Bonairean authorities found 11 Tons of Marijuana in the bulkhead. The same year, the boat become a great playground for divers and freedivers at 30m.
