I don't know what you guys are on but it has no impact in our lifes if they were mongols or turks. BUT the fact is they are Turkic people living in russia and bordered with mongols. That's it. For us all the turkic people are not so different. We are unified in our hearts. But by doing this we don't mean all of them are what we are. We don't ignore their own seperate cultures. We don't claim all of them as turkish. This is the way we name them as we did for thousands of years until some westerners and russians wanted to seperate us from each other to destroy easier. We never used such a word "turkic". We claim all of us as Turks. We call ourselves as "Turkish people" Turkey Turks or Anatolian Turks and for example we say to Kazakhs, Kazakh Turks nad to Uzbeks, Uzbek Turks, Uyghur Turks, Kyrgyz Turks, Tuva Turks..... And since you are a third party non turkic people here and you don't know this is the way we call each other you think we try to "turkify" them. You are literally attacking our opinion by trying to tell what we call to each other. You are the ignorant here by not knowing these stuff and making comments out of nowhere about something you wrongly judged from outside.
