They said the same things about Manchester Piccadilly Gardens, it was nice for about a year before it was overtaken by drunks and scumbags, now named ‘Cracky Gardens’. Imagine sitting down on that nice new grass with your toddler or wife, just as some pissed up tosser comes bumbling out the bookies and bluntly asks you for change, as you are also trying to avoid the drugged up immigrant who is eying up your belongings. What a pleasant afternoon. Honestly, Bradford Council have ruined this glorious once glorious city. In 1910 Bradford was the richest city in Europe, and second in the world after the Vatican. Why do people assume that you have to be homeless to beg? It's addiction that causes it and the only way for this problem to be tackled is to build treatment centers so they can turn their lives round. Having a go at them just feeds the cycle of depression and them using more drugs.
