On auto pay and account gets suspended ,owed like 597 or something .auto payment made 6/26/23 service gets suspended 7/02 /23 . I upgraded the phone plan . My service should not be suspended when auto pay is on

What do customers do to get Cricket service fixed? If anyone is following my posts they will see that I have been attemting for more than a week to get Cricket to fix a service problem.

Still not fixed. Waiting days. Cricket said it needed another three days to fix it. Those days have passed. Its still broken. I wish Cricket had customer service that could fix cricket hardware problems. How frustrating.

The problem is not fixed. Is it that Cricket doesn't have enough staff to fix problems or is the cricket server hardware too unstable?

Cricket Customer Help told me today that it is still working on fixing the Cricket Server (its been seven days of trying to get help) to fix the Cricket server error. According to the representative today, it will take 1-3 more days to fix! Is the Cricket server that unstable? Is that why so many are having problems with Cricket service?

That’s what I tried to order. Only got the one email saying it was delayed. This is how my day started. I ordered a phone from them online. It was supposed to be a 2 day delivery. They immediately took the money out of my account, almost $300.00. 24 hours later I receive a email saying the shipping was delayed. That was the only email I received. Today 4 days later, I called customer service. The first person I talked to said something about it was UPS’s fault. She then transferred me to a different department. After waiting over 15 minutes, she came back and said I should leave my number. At little bit later I get a call from the warranty department. I told her what was going on. She tells me my order was canceled. She claims that my address didn’t match my debit card address. I told her that it was impossible. I have lived in the same house my whole life. I inherited when my parents died. She then says I need to call my bank. I told her no, I don’t. They know where I live. She told me I would get my refund from 7 to 10 days later. I asked her if she could just run my order again. She said no, I have to wait for the refund. I called them back and talked to a manager. He said the same thing about the address. He said if I wrote I live on such and such drive, that for my address I put Dr. Then in ship to part wrote Drive that was the problem. I said that is impossible, I used auto fill. He also said that there was nothing he could do about it. That I would get the refund in 7 to 10 days. When I placed the online order it took them less than a minute to charge my card. I know this for a fact because, my bank sends me a text after any purchase. They never apologized and then he had the nerve to say when I get my refund to call Cricket so I can place a new order. I asked him if he was insane and that I would never use them again.

I spent hours with customer service and they eventually just started hanging up and ignoring my calls! Yes, ignoring them! Ill wait on hold and as soon as it connects they disconnect immediately. This happened 4 times in a row after being hung up on multiple times. Do not use cricket! They charged me more than i would have paid with any other carrier, even verizon, and my service has always been somewhat bad and has gotten muuuch worse recently despite’s living in mesa, which is supposed to be one of cricket’s best areas.... they charged me 102-108$ per month for 2 lines and a hotspot for 2 years. The reason it was so expensive was because they were charging me for an entirely fictional (3rd) phone line, also for 2 roughly years, and refuse to even give me store credit for the money they stole! Theres no excuse for their business practices. Look them up on better business bureau and see for yourself. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! Literally anywhere else is better than cricket! Ps: if anyone from cricket is reading this, i can waste a WHOLE lot of your paid customer service hours, or you can do the right thing and give me what you stole! I can promise you that if people knew how bad your customer service really was, you’d lose a hell of a lot more money that what you owe me! Just be an honest company for god sakes! Your customer service reps even knew it was wrong!

They enticed people away claiming they could have a 'Permanent' 2GB plan for $15 a month, then with no notice say they are canceling it (doubling the price) but then will not let them go back to their old plan which offered many more features for less price.
