You’re suppose to sift matcha into a boil, and boiled water and stir slowly till the grains are melted to get all the clumps out. This way on the vid explains why match’s is so bitter or sour tasting cuz they don’t make it properly..

You know that matcha is low quality when they have to use that much. I get mine ordered from Japan, it's a tiny tiny jar but super super potent and expensive, a little goes a long way.
