Hello there blink fitness, do you guys play the music for the customers, or do the employees play what they like? They are playing very nasty mucus at my gym.

'Man of Steel' paid a great homage to 'Greatest American Hero', with Clark's first flight scene, where he uncontrollably crashed into a mountain.

The fact that steamboat was in so many memorable matches shows just how good he was. You look at greatest ranked matches and his name comes up so much he was like the common denominator which is a testament to how good he worked with ANY wrestler he faced. As far as in ring ability and selling ricky might be the goat. His work and matches set a bar and style that laid ground work for wrestlers that followed. Ricky was always my favorite growing up because he never failed to entertain. In my mind the only bad match he had was when Vince made him drop the belt to the honky tonk man who was the exact opposite of ricky in that his mic skills were phenomenal but could wrestle at all.

Ted was responsible for the I-C title. he came to the then WWWF as the North American champion and Pat Patterson beat him for the belt, and they renamed it I believe.

Well heels and faces didn’t go to bars together back in the day anyway because of Kay Fabe. But some of Flair rubbed off on Steamboat since Steamboat has been married 5 times🤣😂

I've never heard him comment on that DDT he took on the concrete floor. And i've never heard anyone ask him about it. That was a brutal situation that could've ended worse than it did. And when i say worse i mean as worse as it can get. Jake was absolutely right in refusing to wanna do it. And i'm sure Ricky regrets talking him into it. I knew he was out when Jake picked him up to throw him back in the ring. That was dead weight. And i heard Jake once say that lifting him like that was the hardest thing he ever did.

Sting tried the heel thing. Twice i believe. Didn't work out for him and it didn't last long. The bulk of the fans still cheered him. So i can see where he's coming from on that.

Back in 2018, I was a bellman for a hotel that Steamboat stayed at. I was told to take him to his room. He was checked in under the name Richard Blood, but I thought that was an alias, not his real name. Got to chat with him in the elevator and on the way to the room about Wrestlemania 3. He was a genuine good dude and it really made my day.

Steamboat says he never had any warmup matches with Savage leading to WM3, but I have one of Savage’s DVD sets that has Savage vs Steamboat at Maple Leaf Gardens and Savage is IC champ and the match took place after Steamboat’s return from the throat ‘injury’. Savage won the match with a roll-up and tight pull. So they definitely had at least one warm up match.
