i think some of the things said about manu are not right, he wasnt a bench player or a 6xt man, in 2004/2005 he was starting and won the championship against the detroit pistons that won the championship the year before to the lakers, most people agreed that manu was the mvp of the finals, he lost by 1 vote to tim duncan. Later on an interview, players of detroit said they believe the mvp of the final was ginobili and not duncan, years later the guy from san antonio that voted for duncan said he knew he should have voted for manu but couldnt do that to duncan. The reason pop ask manu to be a six man was to lead the 2nd unit because the spurs were getting beat down by teams when the 2nd unit was on the floor, he needed balance, spurs 2nd unit isnt a 2nd unit like in any other team, the 1st and 2nd unit almost share the same amount of time on court, popovich reduces the minutes a lot for all the players giving the 2nd unit almost as much time on court as the 1st unit. Last thing about this debate, no matter bench player or not, manu ginobili is always on the game in the last 5 minutes, with the ball in his hand being the clutcher of the team. And manu had 3 rings with the spurs before kawhi leonard showed up, that only got 1. The last thing i feel to say is that as a member of a 2nd unit, you are the main focus target of the complete defense of the other team, manu was the best in the 2nd unit so all the best defenders are now on him on every play, when you go as a started in the 1st unit, you are not the focus of the entire defense, the other team defense has to worry about all the starting 5 full of starts so now you have more freedom and space to score. This is what happend with manu for example in 2016 in the finals vs miami heat, as a member of the 2nd unit he wasnt scoring much (age 37) because he had the best defenders on him, young and fast players, so popovich decided to start manu in the starting 5 along with kawhi leonard, tim duncan, and tony parker, so now the best defenders are defending kawhi and duncan, and not manu, so manu ended with 24 points 10 assist shooting almost 70% from the floor. As you can see, spending your career in the 2nd unit is actually harder to score than being a starter, thanks guys i enjoyed the podcast!

Garcia unanimous decision. Tank will last long cuz she has great coaches. But he always goes behind 2 rounds to get his rythem. And u can’t fight someone like Garcia from behind. So all it takes is a good shot or two from Ryan in rounds 3 and 4 and now he’s up4 rounds to none. And tank gonna have to try and knock him out and gracias trainers are too smart. As long as he does what they tell him to he’ll stay ahead and avoid getting knocked out , 6th round tank knows he so far behind he starts going for the knockout, and he slips up and that left hook puts him down hard. So then he fights to survive and he is able to survive. So he goes the distance. But ultimately the decision goes to Garcia. Unanimous, if not then he wins by split but that’s cuz a shitty judge. So the odds say that Garcia by decision are the two highest odds to not happen. So odds say im wrong. The only less likely scenario a are Garcia winning by disqualification, and tank winning by DQ: otherwise what I just said was gonna happen has like +8000 odds. I think the DQ is +10000. So when it hits just remeber I said so and I won $10k lol

Honestly a Ryan UD was my 2nd most likely scenario. He has a fighting style like the Hitman Hearns, that length & power is going to be hard for Tank to keep off. But that’s just it, I think they both turn it into a war in the later rounds & I think Tank is more accurate and sharp.

@@Innings-km2yhthat’s why a decision for tank is more likely. I agree he’s another Floyd but more offensively sound than defensively. So he’s the likely winner if it comes down to tank point wise. But everything plays a role. U jerk off sox times instead of 3 the day before and and u lose that little bit of pep in ya step who knows now me or I’d bet a lot more on this fight
