Previous Property Manager here....and, worked for 2 real estate property management companies - I can attest that when the management company offers you the solution to move and you turn it down - then you get evicted. I am a Single Mom living under another single mom who is allowing her child to run, jump on his trampoline, pound on the floors and walls and literally CRY multiple times a day!....Her next door neighbor and upstairs neighbor have both heard the kid banging and crying. I tried being nice by leaving 2 notes, going to her door 3 times and on the 4th time that B finally spoke, opened the door and proceeded to bitch me out and curse at me. CHILDREN ARE NOT AN EXCUSE FOR YOUR LACK OF PARENTING / BAD PARAENTING. She had to the never to tell me "You should go live in a house, he's a child" I told her "i have a child too that's why i live on the first floor" She said "i pay rent" i said "i pay rent too!" I have numerous video recordings I finallly put it all together in a Google Drive, emailed it to the Property Manager, was very stern about her providing a solution before I go to Corporate Headquarters and now I gotta wait 5 more days because she "happen" to be on vacation. SAD THING IS - When I BLAST Meditation music the kid IMMEDIATELY STOPs! I have tested this multiple times too! I was blasting mediation music with the speaker inside my AC vent so it vibrated her floor. Once prior, I had played loudly Jack Harlow "what's popping" - , all to get her attention that "we are home" - and then she stomped back like crazy - that was the day I went to her door and she finally even responded after my many attempts to signal to her. I told her I NEVER play music I have only played/blasted music since you moved in. Her Child is Autistic too and I felt bad for so long it took me 2 months before saying anything to the Leasing Office finally in writing with video evidence. but again, Noise Disturbances are the responsibility of the Tenant, any children, guests, other adults, herself, etc - HER responsibility. It's the landlord's legality to enforce the lease agreement or any violations against the disruptive tenant and remedy the problem.
