Well, in terms of clearing this song you can clear it with 2 fingies(it would be very hard, but you still can do it with enough practice). But in terms of full comboing it I'm not sure because of 0:41(I'm not sure if yellow flicker is connected to the slider, so you either have to use 4 fingers or tap really fast(but there's a big chance you'll get great or good) And I'm sure that if you want to AP it you should have like reeeeeeally fast fingers I'm sorry if it was a joke comment and i took it too literally
