G'day J The prospector, I have found the Vanquish 540 to be really really good mate. It has been nice and easy to set up and use. I still tweak the sensitivity a bit here and there, and sometimes still find myself collecting old iron items etc. However, this does not worry me too much anyway, because you never know what you might find, even on a faint signal. I have been working an area where the American soldiers were posted during WWII. Hoping to find things from that era but as you can see in the video, I've found that medal dating back to 1901. @@jtheprospector.1458 Mate I am in a town called Ballarat which is in the state of Victoria. You'd love it here mate. Still plenty of gold to be found. If you've ever heard of the Eureka Rebellion, I am 5 minutes from where that took place at Euraka Stockade. Massive gold rush here back in the 1800's. Do yourself a favour and look that up and while you are at it, look up what is called The Welcome Stranger Nugget, it was found 25 minutes from where I live. @@detecting_digging_drones I'm just getting my videos started man. I have seen pictures of the stranger nugget! It's supposed to be one of the largest. Also the hand of faith nugget from Australia is in Las Vegas.
