I've been having anxiety for almost 2 years now, and it becomes really worst than before and I had so many symptoms. But this one symptom had me scared for over a months which is hair loss and thinning eyebrow.. I dont know if it's anxiety symptoms but im always anxious because of it..

I have an example for you guys about how the brain memorizes everything that is around you when you have panic attacks. I once had a bad panic attack about my heart "which is fine" in the car while i was driving. I hyperventilated and had to stop and get out to calm down. It was traumatic for me. I thought i was going to die.....After that, whenever i was told i had to drive somewhere or had to go somewhere in a car my fight or flight response auto kicks in. I could be having a anxiety free day but as soon as i go to the car my breathing speeds up, i start to hyperventilate without knowing, and my chest gets tight. This is proof of how our brain subconsciously remembers threats even if they arnt direct. I have a similar problem with taking showers as well. I once had a dizzy spell "from hyperventilating" in the shower and now every time i go to shower i get shortness of breath or anxious. Breaking these patterns and not giving them merit is the key to re programming our brains to not over react to things.

I have a severe case of dysmenorrhoea. Which means I get really bad cramps and nausea. Twice while I was in the toilet, I fainted. So now whenever I am in the toilet and my stomach is slightly disturbed, I feel like I am on the verge of fainting and that I'll die

Noticed that if you move like a light walk or even better watch something funny that takes the focus away from your thoughts, and yes breathing techniques are also important.

That’s really helpful for the thought process, but it’s the physical side that I struggle with. My throat closes, my left side goes numb and tingly and I start to burn up. It’s the most exhausting, terrifying and unavoidable thing. I’ve got to get on a plane this month for 4 hours and I’m just convincing myself that it’s going to be the worst 4 hours of my life
