I have a Back-UPS Battery Pack that has a hard-wired cable attached to the back of the Pro 1500 (main unit). I am replacing the two batteries in the main unit the way you are showing in the video. However, I am also replacing the backup unit. The battery in that unit is self-contained. The cable/wire is connected to the back of main unit. The cable/wire has a gray connector that goes into a port on the back. But how does one get the gray connector off without damaging the port? I don't care if the gray connector is damage because I have the new one as part of the hard-wired cable. But I do not want to damage the base "port." I almost looks like one of the old serial ports on a computer. But the gray connector does not have anything on it one can pinch to pull it off. Any help anyone can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for making this video, my ac compressor has been bad and tonight when I got off work I went to start my truck and the compressor was completely frozen. I had 15 min to get to O'Reilly's before they closed and I was back on the road within 15 min after that. Thanks for taking all the guess work out of it,I was able to call ahead and they had it ready for me. I appreciate you making it possible to do that.

Got a transponder key off of Ebay. Had it cut. Did this procedure and other KZbin procedure to the letter. The new one never made the lock light go out. It worked sporadically and quit a couple of times. I went super mega cheap ass on two fobs plus key on EBay. Not sure weather or not if it is a shitty key

You might try a differnet seller on ebay, should work unless something else is wrong with your car

Not easy is correct! Doable with thicker gauge that does not break -forget thinner gauge. If your a girl try levering it offwith a vice

35 years I’ve been wrestling with trim spools and if I’d only watched this, I would have been able to load trim string so much easier. Thanks for a well-done easy to follow video!
