Finally someone that knows how to lower the hammer on a CZ 75 type of pistol: there's the half notch, use it! Use it also to field strip the pistol as the instructions manual states because with the hammer in the half cock position you can easily align the signs between the frame and the slide to put out the hold open. A little advice: to lower the hammer on the half cock position in total safety, you can hold the hammer with your weak hand fingers, putting the index finger between the hammer and back of the slide. That's the way I lower the hammer on a CZ 75 type of pistols: I hold the hammer with my middle finger on the left, the thumb on the right and the index deep in front of the hammer. I pull the trigger, release the hammer, release the trigger and slowly put the hammer on the half cock position.

Heck yeah you didn't get the omega version I didn't either. I want the old style it took more work and machining, and I think it feels a lot better once broken in.

There is an arrow on top of the pusher showing muzzle direction. If you use it as directed, it allows more room for the top slide support to do its job by stabilizing the slide better toward the front of the slide. I can't tell from your video, but it doesn't seem like the upper slide support would be contacting much of the slide the way that you're using it. Some painters tape on the sides of the sights prevents marring also. My CZ 75BD had the sights installed at the factory from left to right which was obvious from the markings on the sight. I removed them right to left and installed the new sights left to right. Though I didn't measure the dovetail, it did not appear to have a taper, as both new and old sights would enter in the dovetail the same distance from either side with finger pressure. About 1/3 of the way in. I'm not trying to give you a hard time, just sharing my experience so that it might be helpful to others looking to try it out, because It can obviously works either way. After carrying a 365 and a hellcat i now carry the emp. I have no issues with printing and it's more comfortable to shoot. Weight isn't an issue either because having a dot and a light on my other ccw guns the weight is almost even

Crazy like you say, after 1000 rounds or a bit more the SA trigger is right at 2.6 pounds the DA is shit but it's going to get better. Without sending it off the CGW ultra lite kit got the DA down to 5.7 pounds. From what you have said and feeling the difference just from the spring kit it's going to CGW. Thank you

I followed your upgrade path and it 100% has a noticeable difference in SA and DA pulls. I recommend getting an extended firing pin though, I did notice some light strikes because of the HS. I recommend polishing the trigger bar and hammer strut to reduce friction, and maybe the plunger block. I think my next upgrade will be the trigger and hammer. then I'll look into a FBJ delete.

Recently got the 10mm and took it out to the range today and shot 100 rds. Tack driver when i do my part, no issues at all.

Are the slides interchangeable?

Hello there i was between canik sfx rival sao gray and cz shadow 2 urban gray. CZ looks it's like a better gun canik is nice but look like a toy compare to CZ shadow 2.

Got my ronin emp 3in 3 yrs ago with no issues and stacks rounds down range. But I won't hide that I have worked it over

I just bought my 2nd one. First one ran like a top and traded it in for another 1911. Bought another last week and it wouldn’t even chamber a round. I used 8 different kinds of ammo, mostly HP’s. I would have to take 3-5 rounds out of the magazine everytime before it would chamber a round. I have 3 magazines from SA and tested them all and it did the same thing with each one. I disassembled it and on the lugs on the slide I found 2 fractures in the metal. I just sent it back to SA for warranty work. I didn’t even fire a round out of it yet. Hopefully it works when I get it back. Mine was the 4”.

I got the P01 steel with the Manuel safety. You can still decock it with your hand and it makes for a smoother trigger pull

How do you find the fit of these? I’m looking at getting these exact jeans but I’m hesitant on the sizing. My Levi’s 505 regular fit are 31x32 and they are perfect. What does the waist measure on your pants exactly?
