Good points - it isn't the losing that is the issue - it is how the team has regressed - no leadership, no teaching, no development. I don't want to see one of the Pat family fail, but Mayo is not a HC. If the team needed to do a search, would you hire Mayo to fill your HC NOW? i.e., keeping Mayo for another year is the same as making that hire all over again. Move on, get it right.

Their defense is not that great. They fly around well but they wear down because of lack of depth and size. I agree Stafford would change the game for them. They have no draft capital though.
