Great insights! I❤️👏🏾 I love how you explored all parts of career nomadism: the highs, lows and bliss 👏🏾 For people who have stayed in a role for years, don’t let that deter you please! You can move once the role no longer serves you. This video has given me an idea to do a similar video considering that I left a 7 years banking career to start all over 🤭🫣

Living below your means is one of the easiest ways to sustainably build your finances. I once heard Fisayo Fosudo say that he doesn't spend beyond 10% of his income on any expense or item. That's a wise thing to do in my opinion. Thanks for sharing Favour🤗🤗 Also, congratulations on hitting 1,000 subscribers 🥳🥳🥳

Congratulations Favour, you keep conquering higher grounds, i love that for you. Did you pivot from legal practice, if yes, how did you do that considering you did an LLM? You can help shed some light to guide those aspiring to tow same path. On ideas for content, I wouldn't mind contents about your new role, how juggle your day to day task at work etc.
@FavourBabajamu2 ай бұрын
@@victorbassey997 Thank you so much! Glory to God for that. Yes, I pivoted from legal practice. Having an LLM set the stage for the transition and I just leveled up on the transferable skills which I had previously gained. As for content ideas, I love the suggestion! I'll see how much I can share to the best of my ability 😅

@FavourBabajamu4 ай бұрын
@@ramatoulie12 it doesn’t take too long to requalify as a solicitor in UK as long as you meet the requirements. In UK, solicitors and barristers practice separately so you’ll also have to requalify as a Barrister. However, there are some small claims matters you can handle in some lower courts as a solicitor even if you’re not a barrister. I hope this helps

@@FavourBabajamu I thought you would have to do the Higher Rights of Audience to become an advocate. I was just wondering roughly how many years, as I know to gain a bachelors would take 3-4 years + SQE.
