Yes to vlogging another craft fair! Since you've already shown your setup a couple times, maybe a different angle? Like how you end up troubleshooting hiccups along the way, little things that happen and give you new ideas, what items tend to sell well and which don't, etc. I think my biggest question is "Which item(s) tend to grab people's attention so they walk up got see more?"

Very pretty, those shaker pieces are fun. I would have liked to see the process on this one. Ye, those candies were fun but tasted like I imagine chalk would taste like. 😁I would really like to see your craft fair.🤗

Yes, they are so chalky lol! Since tutorials are more time consuming, I can't do them all the time. I usually do a mix of project shares and tutorials. The next video should be a tutorial. Excited to share the next show! Tfw!!💛😊💛

Love this. How did u get pink in the inside of rhe card?
@JessikateCreatesКүн бұрын
I backed the shaker panel with hot pink cardstock. And I used a light pink cardstock to make my cardbase. I just put a white panel of cardstock over the front of the cardbase. Hope that answers your question. Tfw!!💛😊

Good morning, Jessica!! I hope you are well. Girl, the struggle is real!! Sometimes you have a vision of what your card is going to be and it doesn’t work out but the end result is terrific!! It is so cute! I enjoyed watching your thought process and not just giving up on the original idea but pivoting and finding another way. I love both cards. Great job! Have a great day, Jessica.🙂💕

Love your videos! I like accenting with gems, too, but have had a difficult time finding flatter ones that will go through the mail well. Do you add a protective piece in the envelope?
@JessikateCreates12 күн бұрын
Yes, I do. I put a thin piece of cardstock in the envelope to protect gems and other tiny or delicate details on the card. I explain it in more detail in another video. Hope this helps!💛 kzbin.info/www/bejne/hJDblX-qpMR0ipI

I wanted to leave a few questions/ideas for future videos as you talk about craft fairs and pricing (I have my first big craft fair this spring, due in part to your encouragement !)1. Which of your items tend to sell the best at craft fairs? Are there certain elements or time- intensive techniques that lead you to price a card higher than others? What do craft show customers think about 5x7 vs A2 size cards? What kind of venues/organizations have given you the best craft show experiences in other words which kinds of venues would you happily go back to again? Where do you buy the various displays/racks that help you display cards at different eye levels? (I really like your use of vinyl lattices outdoors, but how do you display cards at different eye levels on an indoor table? How do you draw clients for personalized cards? If you used to price your cards lower, what have you the push to charge higher? (I'm sure I have more but those are the main ones off the top of my head)
@JessikateCreates12 күн бұрын
Thanks for the questions!! I'll try to incorporate these into my pricing video.💛

I would suggest that you make tags too. I use leftover paper from card making. I put them in batches of 5 or 10 into themes (Christmas, birthdays, etc.) People are using more and more bags like for takeaways from a birthday party, so I sell quite a bit of them since they make the simple bag more interesting. Good luck. Your cards are beautiful.

It's a stamp positioning tool. They are super helpful for repeat stamp to make sure you stamp in the same place each time. The one I'm using in the video is the MISTI Stamping Tool.

@@JessikateCreates I just re-watched the packaging video (after viewing your last Market video, which was also a great help!). I have always ordered the bags from Clear Bags, but placed an order for the boxes based on your video. I never thought about mini cards, or mini card sets - so I'm anxious to make some. I have two markets coming up in January and I'm booked for every Sunday in February at a local winery. I will be tuning in and following for ALL your techniques and tips!! Happy New Year!

Question… I don’t believe mini cards can be mailed USPS. I’m presuming they are used as gift enclosure cards. Do you find there to be a good “market” for them? Any other comments you have for their use and popularity? I sure appreciate your videos - and your professionalism! 🫶🫶
@JessikateCreatesАй бұрын
That's correct. They are too small to mail, which I always let customers know. But if you are giving them with a gift, or a package, or just a small note to a coworker or friend, they work well for that. They do well for me at shows. Tfw!💛
