I will save you so much time if you just listen.. use a regular 6in sander for the longer pieces that need to be sanded and for the smaller, harder to reach areas, use the dremel that you have

screws depending on the weight but wood glue does a good job .. if you want to get fancy you can always use magnets too👍

With the resin how do you fix the drips or prevent them while drying?

i dont even try to prevent them ... sanding them after the fact would probably be the solution to that if it were an issue ..

that would have been unnecessary .. the back was getting the resin either way .. it was a customer spec ..

Sometimes it’s a mess but I use actual glitter / flake … Metallic / shimmer paint 🎨 looks good too .. when the resin hits it it’s like a disco ball 🪩

real wood ... not that particle board stuff ... get a good 8ft x 4ft from loews / home depot and cut it up .

Yes sir … they have thinner ones but I go with the 1/4 inch at the least 👍 … the 1/2 inch gets really heavy when it’s done gotta keep those smaller in size ..
