The burst on the gale (anemo) kenki did crit though. He just didn’t have any physical shred (because it was he was far away, and Eula and Raiden did not proc superconduct on him) + Eula’s E-hold skill did not hit him either. The other 2 kenki had superconduct + physical shred from Eula’s E-hold. That is what resulted in him getting hit by a lower number than the other two, despite all 3 numbers critting. You can go back in the video and pause where Eula’s burst pops and you’ll see all 3 numbers are of the same (large) size. Meaning they all crit. Non crits are much smaller in number and are extremely obvious.
