Pederson started his tenure with the Jags stating the team needed to heal. He hasn’t changed his method since. He’s still babying the team which leads to the lack of accountability today.

It sucks that we're probably going to lose Heath with the looming regime change. Definitely the coach whose unit seems to have the best execution and that seems to improve as the season goes on. Thanks for what you've accomplished, coach!

I’m still not convinced they’re getting rid of Doug. I do think both coordinators go. It would be great to get Saleh or someone experienced this time on defense. And Bieniemy on offense or someone else experienced. They can even keep Press and call Bieniemy PGC for all I care. There’s a good possibility that a new head coach would keep Heath if it goes that way, but you never know.
