Thank you! The Ecco Room really achieves what you intended. I felt drawn out into the cosmos and also drawn down to the bottom of a clear pool with little beings. I'd love to do 'something' in Maine, perhaps a short hike with art and inspiration....

In contemplation ,I wonder about identification.I am not my illness, and the heart sutra comes to mind.A state of joy alters the symptoms ,and the cause of suffering which is ignorance creates a feeling of humility and openness.Panic is in my mind as I let go of thinking my suffering is me. Anger even tries to emerge throughout my body.Joyful mind creates also appreciation in developing a buddha mind. Being right or in blame ,negative emotions stack ontop of each other ...forgiving even those I maintain joy as an image of a bird in a vast skyThe smell of rain and earth.
Can we practice this mantra without initiation or does it need a guru to initiate this.

Rinpoche clearly mentioned such suffering occurs due to the ripening of one’s karma and death caused by such sufferings arising from one’s karma is purification of some accumulated karma, since it is like clearing a debt. Comprehend a view fully first before trying to correct it.
