Конструктивно - красиво! Исполнение плохое. Тонкий металл и самое главное - крепление УШМ на пластиковую боковину кожуха. Приспособа из-за этого становится подвижной, хлипкой. Надо половину кожуха делать алюминиевой или стальной, а внешнюю на винтах уже пластиковой. Китайский ширпотреб для начинающих. Много жалоб, что разваливается пластик. В общем , конструктор - класс! , но технолог полное барахло ему достался...с менеджером. Есть конечно куда двигаться для улучшения. Первое, что я бы поставил - торсионную пружину кручения, чтобы подошва уходила вниз после окончания пиления. Так для безопасности лучше и УШМ превратится в нормальную погружную пилу. Второе что бы я сделал - поставил ограничитель на барашке, чтобы он служил стопом при погружении и обеспечивал заданную глубину пиления. Вот тогда приспособа приобрела бы привлекательный вид и законченную функциональность.

i have a 5 inch ingco grinder will this work, you seem to have a 4 inch grinder.. is this sturdy material or plastic..

Good video, thank you, sir. * I was able to adjust the original metal guard on my grinder so that it did not hinder the operation (cutting depth) when installed into stand ... as well as the stand's own guard, which now safely rests upon the metal guard. I did not make the stand's guard too tight and will now move up and down freely providing more safety to the user (the stand's guard is always in close contact to the base plate that faces user).

very bad performance of this machine., speed is too much high, and no speed controller with this saw, i was purchase 2 years ago, 1450 rpm is very high , designing work not possible at 600 to 800 rpm only. i personlly recommended do not purchase this.
