I was having the same problem but i was able to fix it, i have an amd card and i just went into the amd software and clicked on the game i was playing, then i disabled radeon boost, idk if nvidia's software has the equivalent of that but if so disable it and it may fix it

this fight in 4 man is much better now since 6.0, no rushing mode, finally!

I went to NVIDIA Control Panel > Change resolution. Make sure your Refresh rate is max. For some reason, mine was down to 60Hz from 240Hz. It was driving me crazy, and I did not change anything, so was not sure why I was having the issue.

I get this too but unfortunately was unable to find any information about it, I suspect my monitor is at fault as I use a relatively mid/low end AOC 144hz monitor and it has that super annoying screen blurring whenever something moves on-screen. Have you found a solution to this or do you just straight up have to upgrade monitors?
