what file form do the photos need to be in. My iPhoto exports them as jpegs and it won't let me use them. Also, I can't figure out where the "make a copy" is. There is nothing in the file menu that says that.

The font cannot be changed. If the font looks different than the cards pictured on my website, that means that you aren't using Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the document. Please refer to the tips on this blog post for details: earlylearningideas.com/make-name-cards-for-your-word-wall/

hello Jennifer I have just bought this material but just has 62 pages, when i write my child name it does not appear on the math neither has dot names, block names, etc... please help thanks

I am so sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems. I just downloaded the document from the store, and I see all 78 pages of the document and all the pages selections. Be sure to download the document and then open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader. Usually, when people say that the editable feature doesn't work, it is because a new version of Adobe Acrobat Reader needs to be installed and used. You can get the most recent version of Acrobat Reader from this website. get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/ Still having a problem after installing the most recent version of Reader? Try opening the Adobe Acrobat Reader program first, THEN opening the document from the program. (***This means opening Reader, going up to the top menu, clicking on file, selecting open, and then selecting the document from the files on your computer***) When Reader isn't set as the default program to view PDF's it sometimes causes some confusion. Opening the document from inside the program fixes that problem. If you are still having problems after trying these two things, TPT customer service is great at troubleshooting. To open a ticket with them, just go to their website. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "contact us". Be sure to tell them what you have already tried. Hope this helps - Jennifer
